It has been long I left Cyprus, and those white feathered wings

that Pegasus gifted me while playing around cynara or lilacs

                  in those early dawns..

For some time I borrowed seagulls’ wings

Or how could I see the ports

Or taste the salt and pepper..

These days butterflies fill my nascent wings with colors

Pegasus I promised you my own wings

Now I am ready to fly

Spread wide your mighty wings white to reach mount Olympus

             And let my soul-sister know

                  I am coming back
